Hi Mike:
This is the cad driver from Boston that you gave a CD to and in return you asked for my opinion, First off sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have brought it down to your old neck of the woods (New Jersey.) as well as to friends both in Mass., and New Hampshire, and Maine as I felt you wanted really wanted to know what people thought from different areas so that’s what I did.
I personally thought it was one of if not the best comedy CD I have heard since Stave Martin's Wild and crazy guy, as well as Eddie Murphy’s first cassette that I can't remember the name of right know. so that puts you as one of the greatest comedy routines I have ever heard.
As for my friends in Jersey, well!!! They couldn't stop laughing; they have never heard anything so funny in their life, (Told them to keep their eyes open for your HBO show this fall.) They can't wait.
As for New Hampshire and Maine, well all they had to say was where the hell have you been hiding, (Told them on the West Coast.) They can’t wait to see you on HBO.
So in a nutshell with about 50 people from a vice president of Blue Cross Blue Shield down to a little cab driver, me, you are really great and we all hope to see and hear a lot more from you.
I will be taking your CD, (with your permission, of course) up North across the boarder to Montreal where I also have friends to get their response. I will let you know.
It was a real honor to have met you and hope that if you’re ever up this way again I will know about it and can come see you in person. If your half as funny in person as you are on the CD they'll be wheeling me out laughing as well as every one else.
